ATEIM is an association of Teacher Education Institutions in Mindanao. Presently, It has twenty-three (23) member colleges and universities from Regions X, XI, XII,, CARAGA and ARMM. , These colleges and universities voluntarily submitted themselves and vowed to support the ATEIM projects and programs because they firmly believed that the association can deliver quality services to its member clienteles based on the training needs and survey.

The association vouched its competitive edge in terms of delivering trainings and workshops because it has a pool of trainers highly trained in Australian universities from a long-term training. Most of the trainers are PAHRDF awardees who studied and earned a degree in Australia and they are drivers of change and development for a better quality education in Mindanao.

Presently, the association is preparing for a study tour of the TEI presidents to Australia. These presidents are carefully chosen by the ATEIM board to avail of the tour visits to Australian universities.  We also forged partnership with the University of Newcastle for strengthening the TEIs research capabilities. If you can be a member, you will be counted as one to join the other presidents for the tour.

The association designs and conducts two (2) trainings in every quarter based on the result of the Needs Analysis Survey from member TEIs. Speakers are highly trained in Australia who can introduce innovations in our existing practices and the university system as well. Minimal fees will be collected from the member TEIs and for the non-member TEIs a very reasonable registration fee will also be collected.

The association also assists TEIs in the implementation of extended practicum. Constantly monitor the TEIs and collect significant experiences as basis for the improvement and revisions of Field Study manuals.

The association also produces extended practicum manuals for member TEIs for reproduction. It constantly designs instructional manuals to aid practicum managers in implementing the extended practicum.
